Fair E Web Host Reseller Master Agreement
Effective Date: Entered on Date of Your Service Payment between Fair E Web Host (referred to as “Parent”) and the Reseller (referred to as “You” or “Reseller”). If you represent a company, you confirm your authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- “Parent Products” – All services and products provided by Fair E Web Host.
- “OrderBox” – The collection of servers, software, and APIs enabling services within this Agreement.
- “Confidential Information” – Sensitive data provided by Fair E Web Host marked as confidential.
2. Product Agreements and Policies
The Reseller must adhere to all product-specific policies, including SiteLock, CodeGuard, and SSL certificates by Comodo and others, which are incorporated by reference.
3. Fair E Web Host’s Obligations
We’ll provide Reseller access to updated agreements and notify of any changes to policies or terms.
4. Reseller Responsibilities
The Reseller handles all customer service and is responsible for accurate customer data, complying with Fair E Web Host policies, and maintaining legal compliance.
5. Representation and Warranties
Both Fair E Web Host and Reseller confirm authority and legality in executing this Agreement.
6. Fair E Web Host Rights
We reserve the right to alter services, pricing, and product availability. We may suspend services if there is any breach of this Agreement.
7. Terms and Renewal
Orders renew automatically unless canceled by the Reseller with a 30-day notice before the end of the current term.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated for cause (such as breach of terms) or by either party with appropriate notice.
9. Fees and Billing
Reseller must maintain sufficient balance in the Advance Account for all Orders. Any changes in pricing will be communicated in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fair E Web Host is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss resulting from this Agreement.
11. Indemnification
The Reseller agrees to indemnify Fair E Web Host against claims arising from their customers, services, or related breaches.
12. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of its intellectual property. Resellers cannot represent themselves as ICANN-accredited without permission.
13. Confidentiality
Reseller agrees to maintain the confidentiality of Fair E Web Host information and to destroy confidential data upon termination of this Agreement.
24. Miscellaneous Provisions
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Fair E Web Host’s jurisdiction, and any legal action will be pursued accordingly.

Fees and Payment Terms:
- Advance Account: Customer maintains a credit account for purchasing services.
- Automatic Renewal: Orders are automatically renewed unless the customer opts out, with payments processed via stored payment methods.
Limitation of Liability: Limits the Parent’s liability for indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, and usage errors by the customer or their agents.
Indemnification: Customer agrees to defend and indemnify the Parent against claims resulting from misuse of services or breach of agreement terms.
Confidentiality: Confidential information must be protected and only shared when necessary, with specific guidelines around handling and securing such data.
Jurisdiction: The agreement is governed by the laws of the country, state, and city of the Parent’s incorporation.
